I'll have to write it down and remember to get the ingredients. My boys eat Mazuri lab blocks daily and at night I chop up banana, cabbage (every other day), some celery, grapes, crackers and whatever other veggies and fruits we have at the time. They get a small tuna fish can full of the chopped dinner once every night.

That looks like a good formula. My girls favourite thing is chicken. In particular, butter chicken. XD Theystealmine. ;;

I love the Subee formula. My girls didn't eat everything in it though (they are quite picky), so I have adjusted it to fit their needs.
Instead of soy nuts I use unsalted, shelled sunflower seeds.
Instead of puffed wheat cereal I use another form of cereal (I forget what it is called though, its somthing like museli).
Sometimes I will put in some hibiscus.
Pretty much I walk though the bulk sale isle at any of the farmers market stores by me and pick out what they might like. Recently I've discovered that they really like cucumbers and cooked pasta with a little hummus.
